This house is great except for the obvious fact that for $760,000, you'll have a cap metro bus going past your house every 10 minutes. Just in case you were considering a purchase, consider that your kids will have to go Fullmore middle school, arguably the least desirable middle school choice in Central Austin. Bad choice for a high end flip.
