Here's the latest crime against the citizens of Austin. Realtor Bryan Cady and owner Michael Little want $569,000 for an Allandale Ranch remodel on heavy traffic Bull Creek Road in Allandale.
Why they're immoral:
1)for $569,000, I don't have to live in Allandale, it's outside the circle of cool and it always will be.
2)At $569,000, I would own the most expensive ranch in Allandale.
3)At $569,000, I shouldn't have to live on a busy street.
Gentlemen, it's realtors/owners like you who give realtors a bad name, you will pay for your greed eventually.
Looking at tcad, the home is taxed at: $382,482.00.
Having bought the house in 2007, Mike Little remodeled the house for ~$70,0000, he wants to be paid $100,000 for 2 years of work. Mike, I have an idea for you. If you want to make $100,000, get a job...Your house isn't a cash register.
Now you're going to force some poor sap to take out a jumbo mortgage to live in Allandale...Some banker is going to make $500,000 interest over 30 years on your overpriced house and the system will perpetuate itself until it collapses.
Bryan Cady, you're an asshole, site unseen. I don't know how you live with yourself.
